The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) will operate 41 special buses to Kerala between April 13 and 15 to accommodate the heavy passenger movement expected to the State in connection with Vishu.
Out of these special buses, 35 will be operated from the Shanthinagar bus station in Bengaluru and six from the Mysuru Road satellite bus station.
The services will touch the districts of Kannur, Kozhikode, Ernakulam, Palakkad, Thrissur, Kottayam, and Thiruvananthapuram, among other places, a release issued by the KSRTC said.
Tickets can be booked through the website www.ksrtc.in. In the three-day period, four Volvo buses will be operated between Bangaluru and Ernakulam, three to Kottayam, six to Thrissur, three to Palakkad, two to Kozhikode, and four Volvo services to Kannur.
