കെ.എസ്.ആർ.ടി.സി മാനേജിംഗ് ഡയറക്ടറായി സാമൂഹ്യ നീതി,വനിതാ ശിശു വികസന വകുപ്പ് സെക്രട്ടറി ശ്രീ. ബിജു പ്രഭാകർ ഐ.എ.എസ് നെ നിയമിച്ചു. ശ്രീ. എം.പി. ദിനേശ് സ്ഥാനമൊഴിഞ്ഞ ഒഴിവിലാണ് നിയമനം.തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറായിരിക്കെ “ഓപ്പറേഷൻ അനന്ത” അടക്കമുള്ള പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ വിജയകരമായി നടപ്പിലാക്കി ജനപ്രീതി നേടിയിരുന്നു.പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പ് സെക്രട്ടറി,കൃഷി വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടർ,ഭക്ഷ്യ സുരക്ഷാ കമ്മീഷണർ,കേരള മെഡിക്കൽ സർവ്വീസസ് കോർപ്പറേഷൻ മാനേജിംഗ് ഡയറക്ടർ,ലോട്ടറി വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടർ,ഭൂമി കേരളം പ്രൊജക്ട് ഡയറക്ടർ, ഐ.ടി@സ്കൂൾ സ്ഥാപക ഡയറക്ടർ എന്നിങ്ങനെ വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകൾ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്
Thiruvananthapuram: The state cabinet meet has decided to appoint Biju Prabhakar IAS as the managing director of KSRTC. The additional charge of KSRTC is given to Biju Prabhkar after KSRTC Chairman and MD IG MP Dinesh resigned from the post.
At present, Biju Prabhakar is serving as social welfare department secretary.Transport secretary KR Jyothilal has been appointed as KSRTC chairman.
At the same time, the cabinet has approved Thiruvananthapuram-Kasaragod semi high-speed rail corridor alignment project.
Changes has been made in the alignment of the track on the stretch from Koyilandy to Dharmadam. It is learned that the changes was made following the disapproval from Puducherry government.
The government has decided to tighten the restrictions over COVID-19. Further relaxations will not be given, decided the cabinet.
No compromise will be made in the restrictions. People from other states will have to undergo strict examinations.The cabinet meet also decided to take strict measures to counter community spread of COVID-19.
